[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my S23, it has so many features. For example the circle search, which works amazing, and the Galaxy Ai features. The camera is also amazing, I couldn't ask for any better features then what is already on my S23.

I am forced to use competitive products through my work, and hands down the Samsung out performs the competitors on a daily basis. I recently purchased a pair of Meta AI glasses, and my Samsung phone has paired up perfectly with them! Thanks

Falls short of expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung s23 falls short on user expectations. I am experiencing screen freeze issues with apps like Google Maps. The battery life is not great as well and we have better ui phones available in market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The function of the phone is great. I absolutely hate the ai and that you can not turn it off. It is extremely annoying that it wrongfully trys to tell me what I need to do or what I'm trying to say. It shouldn't be up to a phone manufacturer company to force you to use the ai feature. If an option is not added soon to remove the ai feature I will be looking for a other phone than Samsung.

With increased storage, processing power, and customizable features I get the most out of this phone. The Samsung routines feature allows me to change certain settings on my phone based on location, time and/or activity. Samsung AI empowers my websearches by allowing me to translate anything on my screen, search any picture or phrase, and even smart cropping to help me format my screenshots.
