Nice phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has ground sound for videos and playing music. Android is user friendly and it has a lot of great features. The pictures/video are great quality and there are a lot of photo settings. I'm able to download most apps from the google play store and have had minimal issues with the apps. The phone is also slim amd attractive. It hasn't been damaged with a case, and I havent had issues with charging or a charger. There are also system maintenance features that allow you to check the different functions on the phone to ensure that they are working optimally. I use it for browsing the internet, playing games, for messages, pictures/video, notes, shopping lists, email, music, watching videos on streaming services, and for storage. There is a lot of storage to fit many philes, photos, videos, and screenshots. The screen is a descently large size for viewing and the viewing quality is very clear. The keyboard is large enough for the letters and numbers to be spaced out so that you don't tap the wrong ones too. I also like the options to have widgets on the homescreen such as for creating quick dial icons for contacts so I don't have to pull up often called numbers in my address book. Everything can be synced to a cloud and transferred over easily as well. It is really like a small and convenient computer in your hand. Ive had other versions of this phone as well that have been pretty well also but this one has outlasted the others in durability and I haven't had problems.

Good but charger port needs to be stronger

Open the Samsung Members app > Select the Support tab. Tap Phone diagnostics. Select Battery status and Cable charging. Check out the link attached for more options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. I stream TV and movies, play games and use social media as well. The picture quality is great!!

The phones smooth exterior and bright screen make it the holy grail of cell phones. Even better galaxy ai has drastically improved my experience with the device. Editing videos is easier with the enhanced screen.
