Good phone but needs improvement

The fron camera is not the best and at night it is not that quality

Good as phone.

It's a samsung ultra twenty three but im rating this one, because my older brother has this phone, and he says it's an amazing phone. He loves playing games with it and likes to take pictures videos.

I love Galaxy phones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Galaxy phones! I've had others but Galaxy has the best operating system, user friendly, sleek design, and overall great fit. I use it for everything and it practically replaced my computer. I stream music, sports, TV, movies, books, and more. I play games, keep up with news, access my emails, and everything I need to work and live all from a device that fits in my pocket.

Poor cellular connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned 4 samsung phones (s6, s8, s10, s21) before this one and loved every single one of them. This phone is e-waste. It will not connect for minutes at a time to cell service and is extremely unreliable for calling or really using anything that requires cell service. We have tried taking it in to be serviced and did not get it solved. Our only solution is to mail it in which will take 2 weeks of not having a phone (or using the old cracked s10). I would give this phone a 0 if I could.
I was tricked to believing the s23fe was a flagship phone with lower specs. It's not. It completely unusable and we are likely going to move away from Samsung going forward if we can't get this issue resolved.

This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. If your Galaxy phone is experiencing low signal, or even no signal at all, you may be unable to connect to the internet, and its ability make or receive phone calls may be limited. Check out, "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet" and "Samsung phone has poor signal and cannot use data or make calls" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device's mobile connection.
