Poor usability design rampant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my older phone stopped working mysteriously, I had to buy a new one that was 3 times more expensive.... the new one had all of the same features as my old phone, nothing new -- Except the features were all mixed up and changed for no reason other than to make it different and difficult for users. Oh and no external memory card on the new one,

Just upgraded galaxy

Consumer cellular won't replace

I've had this phone on consumer cellular for several months now for a year and it's constantly overheating and discharging itself when it overheating cuz I'm about 40% and then all of a sudden the screen starts overheating and then charge drops to 4% and the phone shuts off and yet consumer Cellular won't exchange the phone sounds like it's a problem with it they said it's a problem with your phone

The Galaxy S23 series comes with improved heat dissipation technology, including a wider vapor chamber compared to previous models. This allows heat to be dissipated more effectively. If you experience your device heating up, you can use the "Optimize now" feature in the Battery and Device Care settings. You can also add the "Optimize now" widget to your home screen for quick access. Here's how to do it:
1. Open the settings menu.
2. Tap on "Battery and Device Care".
3. Tap "Optimize now".
4. Once the optimization is complete, tap "Done".
5. Tap the More Options icon.
6. Tap "Add to Apps screen".
7. Long press on "Device care" in the Apps screen.
8. Tap on Widgets to open the widget display option.
9. Tap the icon to add it to the home screen.

I do a bunch of gaming on Xbox and the display on this phone is so beautiful I absolutely love every second I get to use my S23, taking pictures on this phone has turned me into a photographer I could write a story on how much I love this phone
It's been one of the best phones I've ever had the pleasure of using thank you Samsung for making a phone that has done nothing but been good to me..
