Changes words at will, has to be restarted all the time, goes to crazy programs when choosing program. Have taken it in and only told it's operator error as they only looked at it for less than minute.
Will not be keeping this long term, anxiously waiting for contract to be done

Worst Phone Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has not met my expectations as a mobile device. The keyboard's inability to accurately predict words and its resistance to learning my swiping patterns have resulted in significant challenges in text messaging and writing. Furthermore, the voice typing feature is inadequate, often transcribing words that are not English despite my clear pronunciation. Gaming is also problematic due to the device's incorrect interpretation of swipe directions. Despite multiple factory resets, live assists, and setting adjustments, the phone's performance has not improved. Additionally, while other devices have been updated to One UI 7.1, my phone remains on version 6.1. The Galaxy AI, if present, seems to be ineffective in enhancing the user experience.
