Smaller but mighty!!

I have purchased 3 Bonfires and now this Ranger. The Ranger is PERFECT for a bit smaller space (though heats just as well) and ability to take with you anywhere!! Perfect addition

Just right

As an owner of the Bonfire and Titan I was looking for something that would fit in the storage locker of my fifth wheel trailer and work in RV park fire pits. The Bonfire was intended for home patio use and the Titan for back country outings. Since I live in the Sierra Nevada mountains pine cones are available to pick up by the tens of thousands. After receiving my Ranger I went out and filled one large grocery tote with medium large pine cones and gave it a try. With an amount of fuel that took all of two minutes to collect I was able to keep a small/medium fire going for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Perfect.
The build is standard Solo quality. Don’t be put off by the price. Buy once, cry once and enjoy it for the rest of your outdoor life.

The Best stove ever!

Our friends have one and when we went camping we were so impressed with how hot it gets with little wood and no Smokey clothes after. We came home and bought one. We love love love ours!

More than expected

I already owned the Titan and Campfire and loved them. I wanted something more than “cute” for yard and kids... I got way more than I expected! It is small enough to put in any yard, yet large enough for my kids to sit and gaze.
I added more wood that I thought would be needed and got the most amazing blaze! I let it die down and added just enough to sit and relax in my mother-in-law’s very small back yard.

Loving the Ranger!
PS also ordered the juniper wood. Hearing it crackle in the Ranger is the best. It amplifies the sound.

Exciting Summer SoloStove Experience

Nothing beats a fire under the stars! It’s beautiful, entrancing, and so relaxing. My SoloStove Ranger brings the best to outdoor fires. It’s the simplest to set up, easiest to light, and the greatest to enjoy. The fire is almost tantric as it moves from tinder to a dancing blaze. Upgrade Your Firepit

I've used the Bonfire size a few times at a friend's place and had to have one in my own backyard. Ranger is smaller and portable. Like most people note, precut size logs need to be cut down if you want the smokeless feature to work properly but it still functions if you don't cut the wood down. And eventually, it does burn down to a smokeless point and still efficiently burns wood to ash. I love this fire pit and can't wait for cooler nights to have more comfortable reason to fire it up!

Does not disappoint!!

The Ranger is perfect for us. Big enough to be a fire pit for the backyard, but small enough to easily go with us in our tiny travel trailer. Lighting a solid fire for warmth or cooking (or in the case of a Solo Stove, just for looking at those gorgeous flames) has never been easier. Don’t hesitate, just buy one - you won’t regret it.
