Perfect solution for city living

The ranger is the solution we have been looking for. It’s lightweight, can be placed nearly anywhere in our backyard and it produces almost no smoke, which makes the experience for us (and our neighbors) infinitely better. We also appreciate you can just use wood to fuel and clean up is a breeze (just lift it up and dump out the ash - for us we dump the ash right into the compost bin). Really happy with our Ranger and have already recommended it to five of our neighbors.

Fantastic for Travel and Social Distancing

My husband requested a solo stove for his birthday and luckily it arrived right before we were social distanced! We were able to take it to the beach easily, it lights quickly and easily, and really gives off very little smoke. We are back home and nights by the fire with the family will be some entertainment for us this spring!

I literally opened the box and lit a fire in my new Ranger Stove within 10 minutes of its arrival
... including rereading the instructions. It was so easy to get started, and it burned very well. It will be great to use at home with family and friends, but I'm already thinking about my next camping trip! So stoked about this little fire pit!

Perfect to get through quarantine

Bought this as a family Easter gift for us and kids to replace a rusted out old firepit. Saw it on a vlog we follow and decided to get the Ranger so it would be easier to take along to campsites or day picnics to state parks. It's amazing and can be easily used by our college and high school sons in the backyard. The sides stay fairly cool, which will be great in summer, but maybe a bigger one if you want to get warm in winter would be nice, too. I see us maybe getting a larger one next year, but really, this is the perfect size to start. We can't wait to cook over it, though we've only done marshmallows as of now. Super hot on top, burns crazy thoroughly, so we've not yet had to douse a fire, because it was taking too long to full burn out. Portable and the complimentary ring for the base definitely would make it safe for a deck or on grass, but we use it on concrete. It's not smokeless if you have stuff that sticks out over the top, but compared to most pits, still way better. Highly recommend!

I recently received my Ranger Fire Pit. I have given it 5 stars but would give it ten if possible. The fire pit is a work of stainless steel art. It is beautiful as well as functional. The fire starts very easily with a bit of tinder and burns clean and hot. The ordering process was simple and was delivered in 3 days! It is wonderful and I recommend it to everyone.

When I received the Ranger Fire Pit, it was in great shape and all the components functionally fit together as advertised, without any issues. I purchased the Ranger with Stand and Shield, along with the fire pit accessory tools. The fire pit is esthetically pleasing and delivers "as the optimal pyrotechnic center piece" for any family gathering or a get-together with friends. Even though the Ranger Fire Pit is the smaller of the two other fire pits (the Bonfire & Yukon), it is still a decent size and is wonderfully portable, weighing in at 15 pounds. Likewise, the carrying bag is made of top quality material and includes two easy "grab & go" handles. Overall, I am very please with this purchase and the Solo Stove product line.
