I was really concerned about ordering the Ranger because it was on the smaller size and if it would put off enough heat. But I couldn’t be more impressed! We started our first fire last night and it lit right up! I’ve always struggled getting fires started but not with this. We were so amazed with the heat that the Ranger can put off. It’s smaller size will make it great for putting it in our camper. We will definitely recommend this to others!

We are very pleased with our new Solo Ranger. We gathered around it last night and it was an easy starting, clean burning stove. We can’t wait to have many more “ living in the city” bonfires.

Had a more traditional fire pit in the back yard but didn't use it much because of the location and smoke. So wife turned old one into a garden pot so I ordered the Solo ranger mainly due to reviews. I was going to order the Solo Bonfire but it was back ordered till June so went with the ranger. It's diameter is 15" as opposed to the Bonfire is 19.5". Unpackaged, set it on the bottom ring and put the top ring in place and ready to go. Started up very easy and in a few minutes had a nice fire going . Like how you can see the flames coming out the holes on top. Nice design provides a good about of heat for its size. I would say about 60-70% less smoke once it gets going than my old more traditional fire pit. Like how I can take it right to where we are sitting closer to the house. I used it on a concrete patio but underside even when burning strong still feels cool underneath. Next day I got up and still had plenty of hot coals to restart. When I finished with it I was able to just pick it up and carry it to the back of my yard and dump the ashes and put in in the storage bag that came with it and placed it in my shed for next time. Maybe not quite as attractive as my old pit but definitely more portable, functional, and efficient. I am very happy with it so far and would recommend it.

Perfect Size

In love with our ranger, it’s the perfect size for us on the go in our camper van. I’ve missed campfires due to the excess smoke. So between the size and smokeless magic of this thing, I’m a happy camper!
