Small but mighty!

I purchased the ranger for RV trips and wow I’ve been impressed with this little guy. Our main goal in buying a solo was to reduce smelling like smoke each night of a camping trip. I’ve been impressed with how efficient the firepit burns plus warmth it gives off. The radiant heat is just enough for summer and fall nights. We weren’t looking for a ton of heat, but it does give off what we need to be cozy.

Perfect for Fall Social Distancing Gatherings

As the colder weather of fall approached we thought we were going to have to give up seeing our friends. But now with the Ranger we have been able to have several socially distanced gatherings around the fire. The Ranger is small enough to move around, the bottom stays cool allowing us to have this on the patio without fear of the heat cracking pavers. Super happy!

Ranger for the win!

We bought the Ranger which turns out to be the perfect size for camping, our back deck, backyard concerts which we host regularly, and pretty much every thing we have done when we have fired up our Solostove. Perfect! Friends immediately ask where they can get one and of course we gladly point the way. The fire starts easily and quickly gets to “no smoke” status. My wife hates to smell like smoke so she LOVES our Solostove Ranger. Wish I’d have bought it sooner!

Little, but fierce

The Ranger is small, but works great for us. We use it at home on the deck and plan to bring it with us to our summer house. It fits nicely in the carrying case and can be transported in the trunk with no mess! Because the wood burns so efficiently, we find that you can have a quick fire with 1-2 logs and not waste a ton of wood. 30-45 min with 2-4 logs is perfect for most nights after dinner. The ONLY complaint I have is that we've had to cut down the wood we bought to ensure that the wood fits inside the stove. LOVE IT!!

I received a Solo Stove Ranger as an early Christmas present from my Mom. This thing never fails to perform or impress! We have used it almost every evening since we took it out of the box! It is so simple to light and it burns very clean!! We love it!!!

I received a Solo Stove Ranger as an early Christmas gift from my Mom and let me tell you this thing is awesome!!! We have used the Ranger almost every night since we opened the box! It is so easy to light and burns very clean with very little ash remaining to clean up. The best part is how much my family loves it! Thanks for making such a great product that helps keep busy families outdoors!!

Awesome compliment to my Yukon. Perfect for a smaller fire when I don’t want to feed the Yukon. Much less smoke than conventional pits. Very much worth the money and would buy again!

I hesitated to buy this right off the bat because it's the most expensive, but the other reviews have summed it up well. I live in Vermont, it burns hot, is easy to store and maintain and is absolutely perfect for my little back yard. I'm so glad I bought this, the winter is going to be a lot less cold and lonely.
