Great for home and camping

We love our solo stove. It is perfect for when we want a fire on our deck in the evening and a safe portable option for when we are camping. Only issue we have noticed is it is cooler than a typical campfire around the base so if it is really cold out than that might be an issue. However it is safer, burns without much effort and is great for what we need. I would highly recommend this stove.

Ideal for small decks

We have a relatively small deck (8ft by 20ft) so we don't have much room to have a large fire pit. We were concerned with smoke and not being able to enjoy the fire. The ranger solved these issues, plus emits almost not visible smoke. We love it. We use the deck way more often now. I have the white cover thinking and leave it outside. It is holding up well. It is losing its original color a bit (I worried about this) but it looks fine. I also got the additional ring below and I don't think it is a must but it helps a bit pushing the Ranger around when fire is burning. So easy to start the fire too. I also like the fact that this is a perfect size to carry it for camping or to take it to a friend's house (I feel the bonfire might be a bit large for that). Highly recommended!

This thing is the best!

Simply put, this is the only firepit I feel comfortable using on my own. It's contained, easy to move and empty, and there are no embers or sparks going everywhere. The stand makes it even better for multiple surfaces. No fire is 100% safe, but this design makes me feel so much more at ease.

Very versatile

Just got this stove and really like it so far. We wanted a stove we could pack in our small airplane for backcountry camping trips, and also something we could fit in our RV. We pack it with a bit of wood and its just ready to go, instant fire when you want it. Very cool.
