Wish we had purchased sooner!

We couldn't love our solo stove - bonfire more! we've used it almost every day since it arrived, and i only wish we would have purchased it sooner. i have a feeling we'll be ordering a smaller version for camping before the season is over!

Perfect Size for Patio Firepit

This is a great, smokeless (if you keep the wood in the pit) firepit. It's the perfect size for a backyard patio with 2-6 people sitting around it. The wood burns efficiently leaving little to no ash in the bottom. We love it!

Short and to the point: 1) Virtually smoke free, 2) Safe for our special needs daughter, 3) Camping neighbors were amazed that it was burning wood and not propane, 4) Wood burns much longer

Great for the deck

We were looking for some type of fire pit that we could use on our deck. I was looking at a chiminea, but then saw an add for the Solo Stove. The Solo Stove is truly portable; I keep it in the garage and set it up on our deck for an evening around the fire. If you follow the instructions for starting and maintaining the fire, you can't go wrong. The fire is nicely contained within the Solo Stove; no worries about wayward embers. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

What an awesome Bonfire. Love it. Log burn bright and even and little smoke once fire gets going. Wish it included a weatherproof cover so I can cover and leave overnight. It’s 5 star burn but lost a star due to no cover.

Beyond Expectations

I saw the promos for Solo Stove Bonfire on FB. I've been looking for a decent backyard portable fire pit after our previous one rusted out and got tossed. I was hoping the Bonfire would live up to the videos and reviews that I read before purchasing. I have to say, as a life-long camper and bonfire enthusiast, this thing rocks!! I simply can't believe how quickly it starts and achieves self-sustaining flame. It burns so completely that an all evening fire leaves a few hands-full of ash. The technology and quality of construction is just amazing. I was also very pleasantly surprised that I could place it on my wood deck, using the Bonfire Stand and the wood actually stayed cool under the stove. Amazing! I used to scorch the grass under our old metal fire pit and would never use it on the deck. The Bonfire provide just the right amount of heat for four people in cold weather and about six in summer. I'd go with the larger Yukon if we did a lot of entertaining but the Bonfire is perfect for my wife and me. We are beyond our camping years these days and our Bonfire is strictly backyard use but I would have one for the camper in a heartbeat. I'm a fan for life!
