Amazing product, but lack of weatherproof cover limits use

I LOVE this fire pit. I'm a sucker for a campfire or fireplace, and this gives you all of the enjoyment with none of the smoke in your eyes or on your clothes. It is heavy, I'll admit, but that's because it's build like a tank; the carrying case that comes with it is durable and helps with moving it about.
This would be a 5 star review, except for the one glaring flaw - the case is not weather-proof. It's not designed to be. This creates problems. If you use this at night, and can't stay up late enough to let it burn out and cool so you can safely store it, you risk leaving it exposed overnight; if it rains, now you have a metal can full of ash and water, which leads to corrosion and is going to require a lot of cleaning. This has happened to me far too many times, to the point that I'm almost afraid to use it at night lest I be left with a mess the following day.
Now that a larger model (Yukon) is available on Kickstarter WITH a weather-proof cover, I hope SoloStove will create one for the Bonfire as well. Honestly, this thing is too big and heavy to be lugging back and forth from your shed or garage every time you want a fire.

This is a great product! The Bonfire solo stove is the perfect size for an outdoor fire pit. Its sleek,simple design and functionality offer a great outdoor fire pit experience. It burns efficiently with little to no smoke and generates plenty of heat. I think I'm most impressed by its portability and ease of clean up, there is so little ash the next morning to discard.
The price and free delivery is a bonus! Solo Stove has a real winner here! Buy this stove, you won't be disappointed.

Where has this been my whole life?

Absolutely 100% satisfied with the solo stove bonfire! My first thought was this thing is tiny, but wow the heat and efficient burn all while remaining nearly smokless. I had a fire burning in this directly on the grass for around 7 to 8 hours and when I went out the next day to dump very little ash, the grass underneath was still green. Plan on getting yukon size soon. All around great product well worth the price tag. Not to mention I believe it comes with warranty or guarantee or something.
