It works and smokeless after the fire has started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in doubt that the solo stove will be smokeless and burn woods better than a regular fire pit, but it does. There will be some smoke when you try to start the fire, but once the fire is started, the smoke is gone. It really burns all the woods to ash unlike other fire pits. I give it four stars for the high cost, and you cannot feel the heat below you knees unless you buy the heat deflector which cost almost the same as a gas heater. The heat deflector should be included with the bonfire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome product, I also bought the pellet adapter and have used pellets as my fuel. It does take a little long to fully light when using pellets and fire starters but once it’s lit is burning great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome fire pit. With the stand you can place it on surfaces where a fire wouldn’t normally be possible. I’ve placed my hand under the fire pit and felt no heat transfer to the outdoor rug it was sitting on.

I ordered and received my Solo Stove...I purchased a Bonze Bonfire. Once I received it I unpacked it and noticed several areas where the paint was scratched off. Rather than going through the hassle of contacting Solo Stove, sending it back and waiting on a new one I just accepted it as is. I would strongly advise to go with the stainless steel option. The stove works great by the way, easy to start and easy to keep going!
