Bonfire 2.0

On 12/4/2023 I ordered the Bonfire 2.0 through a rewards program that my employer offers. An estimated ship date of 12/21/2023 was given when I placed the order. Either that day or the next I sent an e-Mail asking if that estimated date could be improved upon given the fact that we have a camping trip at the end of Dec. Well I never got a reply to the e-Mail, but lo & behold the Bonfire showed up on 12/9/2023. Stove was packaged exceptionally well. Could not be happier. Thank you so much Solo stove, my wife & I look forward to many years of camping with our Bonfire 2.0.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and shiny stainless! Love the warm golden patina that develops after use. Has been a great thing to bring the family together outside in the backyard. We've spent many more hours outside together than without it - kids love helping with the fire (and finding small twigs and stuff to toss in), and family time together away from screens is invaluable.
Is not smokeless... if your wood is not dry, or good quality, there will be smoke. But once it gets really going nice and hot, the smoke goes away. But the design is great and I love how the wood burns completely to ash when done (although again, wood quality is important!).
Would appreciate some more included tips for maintenance. Yes, I understand it is stainless steel and is made to be outdoors and used. But some easy care tips to make the patina a little more even would be nice.

We love the solo stove!

Creates a smokeless fire that gives off a decent amount of heat! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and very easy to store. We would recommend solo stove to anyone looking for an outdoor fire pit.
