Nice, but defect after only 3 uses

I bought a bonfire solo stove for my husband for his birthday January 25, 2021. We have used it a total of three times, each time with dried oak logs. After our last burn I noticed what looks like burn marks on the outside of the solo stove. It almost looks like there is a coating on the exterior that has burned. Nothing has touched the exterior during our use. It has been stored in our garage in its bag between each use. We like the less smoke aspect, but I feel like this should not be a problem after only 3 uses.

Best wood burning fire pit ever

Over the years I have enjoyed many a camp fire. We are retired and have a travel trailer we use every chance we get. Unfortunatley my wife has some lung issues and is on O2 24/7 so she really shouldn't be sitting around a traditional camp fire. We have a propane fire pit and it's pretty nice but not a real wood fire. Last night we had a fire in our new Bonfire and it could not have gone any better. There was ZERO, allow me to repeat myself ZERO smoke. The secondary burn was mesmerizing and all the wood burned down to nearly nothing. If I had any complaints it would be how much wood I burned. I burned more wood in 4 hours than I would have in 24 hours in my wood stove. Regardless we are more than happy with the Solo Stove Bonfire. If it were to grow legs or simply wear out I would replace it with another immediately.

My sister recommended the Bonfire a few months ago and I'm so glad she did! We haven't yet figured out the perfect burning/wood to reduce the smoke (our wood has been a bit too wet) but we have really enjoyed it! We liked it so much we recommended it to my brother and now all 3 of us have one!

Socializing Safely in below freezing temperatures

We live in Upstate NY with LONG cold winters! Our new bonfire solo stove has enabled us to invite couples over, sit outside by comfy fire and feel somewhat "normal". We hit the jackpot with this!!

Perfect Fire

We love the Bonfire! I bought it for my husband for Christmas since we just had our patio redone and he wanted a new fire pit. The Bonfire is the perfect size! The burn is amazing. It’s so nice to sit by a nice warm fire and not worry about dodging the smoke. We highly recommend Solo Stove!

Family Fire Routine

In a world we are being asked to social distance. This is a warm reminder of being close by the fire with your family. We purchased this during this tricky covid time and it has not disappointed. From date nights with dinner, s’mores nights with the kids, and a fun way to warm up after shoveling. The solo stove brings every ounce of fun to the family and lets you forget the outside world.
