For right now have not used it ,will review how it was packed they did a very good job packing the stove it was in excellent condition when it arrived and the Carry bag good quality that all for now will report when I used it

We just received our Solo Stove Bonfire and LOVE it! Had a fire in it as soon as it arrived and it works great! So nice to be able to sit outside with my wife, and relax after a long day. Highly recommend!

Yes It is That Good!

When I read the reviews, I thought "it can't be that good". Guess what? It is that good! It burns so efficiently! Very little ash is even left after an evening of burning. After it heats up, there is virtually no smoke. The heat is great because the metal heats up and radiates outward. It is great! So much better than a regular campfire!

Not sure where I saw this advertised first... Facebook, Instagram, but I was intrigued. So I kept going back to the website and reading reviews elsewhere. I'm not sure I read a bad one. Well, I decided to bite the bullet and order one. Let me tell you, I love it! I've only been able to use it twice now, but I am impressed. Now it's still not smokeless, but it is better than an open pit. Maybe it's the wood I'm using. I first put this on some 2x4s on the driveway thinking it would get hot at the bottom. I put my hand at the bottom where the holes are and it's not even warm, let alone hot. Very well made, solid construction. I've already had two people buy one after I posted a video on Facebook.

Exceeded My Expectations

I purchased the Bonfire with the intent of it being portable for activities such as camping and boating. We used the Bonfire last night on our back porch for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The Bonfire makes the fire much easier to light than a standard fire pit, plus the fuel is not as significantly effected by wind. The smoke was greatly reduced as well and was predictable: it didn't chase you around like smoke from a normal fire pit might. We could all sit around it comfortably, in the same spots, and didn't have to move due to smoke a single time.
I think my favorite part overall is that it needs less fuel to get a nice fire for the family. I have a masonry pit that I built by hand and the Bonfire used about 30% less wood to get the same intensity of fire as my masonry pit.
The Bonfire is made of high quality material and comes with a heavy duty travel case/bag making it easy to carry and make portable.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and am absolutely going to recommend it to my friends and family.

Great product! Nearly perfect

The Solo stove Bonfire is a fantastic fire pit. It's easy to light, burns whatever you put in it and creates mesmerizing flames. Two additional features would make it even better:
1) Handles! The handy carrying bag is great for transporting and storing the stove, but doesn't help at all with regard to emptying it out.
2) Screen cover. Need an optional ember screen to put over the top. Would be great to have one that is designed to fit. Would be a great optional component that can be purchased separately.

Those changes/additions would make this the perfect backyard/camping fire pit!

I fired up my Bonfire today and the entire family enjoyed it. The portability of the Bonfire is one of main reasons I purchased and now I know all the reviews were spot on with the efficient burn of the Bonfire. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a bonfire tool.
