An amazing feat of engineering!

An amazing feat of engineering! The wood burns from all sides, including the top, making for very efficient combustion. After seven hours of fire, at least dozen logs burned, left only about a cup of fine ash. Easy to light. throws off a lot of heat, and it's visually beautiful. Sturdy carry bag included. No complaints so far. Highly recommended!

A truly amazing fire pit. Fires start very quickly and burn hard and strong. Love the bag it comes with. Makes it easy to take it with you and have a bonfire anywhere you go.

Best fire pit there is!

I got mine as a Kickstart, and very pleased! It's large enough for full sized logs but small enough to be carried in the trunk of a car. Best part is that there is virtually no smoke due to the vents around the top.

I got this early as a kickstarter backer....Great portable fire pit...easy to set up and start...when done cleanup is easy because there is so little ash

Once you get the fire going the Solo Stove Bonfire is amazing. Minimum fire maintenance is needed and keeping it going is as simple as putting in another log. Very pleased with the product! Original Kickstarter backer. It is on the pricey side but its so worth it!

I am very impressed with this solo stove. We have had two fires in it over the weekend and it puts out a lot of heat for its relatively small size. You do have to learn how to use it, as just randomly chucking wood in it like a regular fire pit does not let it burn optimally and will create smoke. Use the solo stove correctly and get more burn from a log (compared to traditional burning) and almost no smoke.
Only drawback that I have had is that some wood you may have split can be just barely too wide of long for this fire pit once you place the wind deflector ring on the top. This is a little bit of an annoyance but in future wood gathering and splitting exercises, I will be sure to cut the wood just slightly smaller. I have my thinking cap on to figure out a way to remove the wind deflector ring to load move wood into the solo stove.
Awesome product and highly recommended.

Must have for the campfire connoisseur. The Solostove Bonfire burns very clean, never had a problem starting a fire. I have used it several times and never had to turn or flip the logs to keep the fire burning. Lots of heat. No smoke. Move the fire to different locations and never leave a mess. It's perfect! Does everything as advertised.

Smokes less, very little ash. Already bought a second one as a gift!

I signed up for this as a Kickstarter project. I like it so much I have already bought another one as a gift. We had another fire pit that smoked a lot. This smokes less and burns more efficiently by design. The way the air flows into and through the bonfire really does result in a significant reduction in both smoke and ash. My only complaint is the 16" log length max. Most firewood is 17" to 18". Still worth the extra effort to cut the wood I have to fit the Solo Stove Bonfire.
