Good, could be improved

So, first thoughts on the trial run. Much smaller then current fire pit Harder to get started. Outside gets HOT. Also, standard size firewood doesn’t quite fit inside. No easy way to out out fire when done at end of night (at least I was too hesitant to put water on the last embers). Smokeless part can only be achieved when heated up and fire is largely below the the top rim. I led with the negatives, but in use, I really enjoyed this first use. It’s a hot fire that absolutely cuts down on smoke. Fires are already fun to look at, but this made it better. It has earned its chance to continue its trial during the return period.

Great for someone with Asthma and severe allergies

I was skeptical at first because I have very bad allergies and asthma and never able to sit by a fire because of the smoke. This is the first time I’ve been able to hang out with my family around a fire and be okay and able to breathe. The Bonfire puts out so much heat and looks great. I love that it’s portable and easy to move and doesn’t have to stay in one place and we can store it to protect it from bad weather. Excellent product!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family--I was very skeptical. We sat outside while social distancing on New Year's day and I was very excited about how warm and efficient it is. I was extremely impressed--II think I will have to buy one for myself!!!! Great gift--I was a hero!!!!

Absolutely love it! Have owned this bonfire for over a year now and it never seems to fail. Great quality, durable, lightweight, and easy to tuck away. Highly recommend your products to everybody and as somebody that works for UPS, I I have the pleasure off delivering your products as well. Every time I drop one off I always take the time to ask the customers how they enjoy the products and there never seems to be a complaint. Keep up the good work and a Happy new year to you all.

Perfect for us

We were a bit unsure what size we wanted but are so happy we went with the Bonfire. It is, in my opinion, plenty big enough for your average casual backyard firepit hangout - say maybe 6-8 people, but is not so cumbersome that we wouldn't get it out for just my husband and me. In addition, it does not require as much wood as the largest model, which is nice because once up to temp, the hot burn goes through a fair amount of wood. If you follow the instructions of keeping the wood below the top ring and feeding it enough to keep good flame present it truly gives off a smokeless burn. Be patient in the beginning of each fire though, as you need to work up to a hot enough burn to eliminate the smoke. One thing to note is that in the adds it is often depicted as being good for cooking/roasting marshmallows over however common sense says that it is difficult to regulate an adequate cooking temperature over open flame. We have not had any luck with cooking/roasting in our attempts, however we did not purchase it for this purpose so it does not detract from our experience or opinion of the product. It is SO nice to come inside after a fire and not have my hair and clothes smell like smoke but what's even better in my opinion is that the clean burn is much better for the environment than a traditional fire.
