Bonfire is the best

Best gift for my husband. He loves his bonfire. Always loves to be near bonfires but can't be around lots of smoke but with the solo bonfire he can finally enjoy.

Very Disappointing Experience

I cannot give an accurate review of my Bonfire Pit as I have not yet received it. It was ordered on 11/30 with an expected delivery date of 12/21. Quite disappointing as this was a Christmas present. It's now over a month late and my account only says "Awaiting Fulfillment". Every attempt at calling is frustrating. I am on hold for very long periods of time until it simply disconnects. As excited as I was (having used/seen solos stoves at friends' houses) this customer service is unacceptable. Even during holiday season and amongst a pandemic, it should not have taken this long. To further dissatisfy the experience, I now see on the site that if I were to purchase it now, the expected ship date is 1/25 -even less time than when I purchased in November. I would appreciate some communication from the someone in the company (who can actually be of help in a fair resolution) regarding my particular situation. Can easily provide my order number if a rep with any god news would give me a call.

Bonefire

We are total fans so far! Unveiled the Bonfire on NYE and it was a hit. The perfect gathering spot for our physically distanced NYE gathering with a few neighbors. We were warm, enjoyed the flame, and kept noticing cool things about how it was burning. And the next day, noticed there was virtually no ash - such an efficient burn! Thank you - looking forward to many more evenings like this in 2021!

Absolutely amazing

This may be the best purchase I've made in 2020. The design is great, the size is perfect, and the smoke level is finally at bay. I have recommended this to everyone I know! We look forward to buying our next one for another area on our property soon!

Great product!

I got my solo stove during winter 2020-2021 and it has made it so much more pleasant. We light it up when having lunch, dinner or just a drink in the yard. I was worried that it wouldn’t heat horizontally but it does heat very well all the area when you’re sitting next to it.
It lights up pretty easily (following the instructions, that is, start with a small fire) and burns really well.

Solo Bonfire Rocks

The Solo firepits are absolutely amazing. They produce an unbelievable amount of heat with virtually no smoke. Due to the pandemic, we are spending a lot of time outside with friends and the Bonfire makes that possible and enjoyable.

Love our Bonfire!

We wanted a solo bonfire for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. We love it! Easy to use and wonderful to sit around for hours on our back deck. Couldn’t be happier with the product.
