Discolors on first use

Was disappointed at how quickly the stainless finish discolored....after the very first fire. The fire however, was easy to start, burned as advertised and actually radiated more heat than most reviewers stated. Although it is not heavy, it’s a bit unwieldy if you’re trying to move it. And since they don’t recommend leaving it out without covering, I moved mine after cooling. I hope they read these reviews and strongly consider incorporating either indented or collapsible handles to make transport much easier as trying to put the stove back inside the carry case is dirty and noIf possible maybe come up with an aftermarket handle addition of some sort, for consumers such as myself who already purchased the “handle less” design.

Is it too good?

So right off the bat, 5 stars hands down. Burns great, hot and really clean. You can have a really nice fire in this. Start small then build it up. The only thing, and really this is a minimal complaint, is that it burns SO well, no matter the wood I put in it, oak, black walnut, pine, it all burns fast. I think adding a adjustable ring to the bottom to restrict air flow a bit might be nice. I was on the fence about getting this one. It is a bit costly for a fire pit, but I started with the campfire and was blown away by how good it was. I really love these products. The addition of the lid is just perfect!

Worth it!

I saw one of these at a friend's house and the 'smokeless' factor got me interested. I almost went with a propane fire pit, but in the end, I wanted to be able to have legit wood fires. If you get quality, dry fire wood and keep feeding it, then it truly is smokeless. The portability means that we can move it to anywhere on our property, or pack it in the car. I'm a big fan!

Great Purchase!

The bonfire is an excellent product that is expertly made. It was remarkably easy to start a fire in this fire pit. There was virtually no smoke and cleanup was a breeze. I would definitely purchase this product again and highly recommend it. The carrying case is an added bonus and allows for easy transport when traveling.

The bonfire fire pit did everything we expected, and more. Much better heat than the propane restaurant devices. Safer and way less smoke than a traditional fire pit. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to maintain the fire. Almost made Covid tolerable.
