Amazing!

Overview: Purchased 2 weeks ago and only now got a chance to trying it out. Used it once since the writing of this review.
As the title of the post explains, I had an amazing experience with the Solo Stove Bonfire. I had my doubts, but with so many positive reviews, I had to give it a shot. One cool night, I had some family over and we decided to start a fire. I had a more traditional fire pit, about a foot deep, grated all around, with sand and a grate at the bottom to hold the wood. It took us too long to start the fire and also keep the fire going. We decided to break the Solo Stove out of the box and give it a shot. We transferred what remained of the wood from the old fire pit to the Solo Stove, and within minutes, the fire was burning with minimal effort. It even burned through wood that we were having trouble with. I was blown away at how easy it was to restart the fire, and keep the fire burning. Smoke was kept to a minimum, but when there was smoke, the ring at the top of the Solo Stove managed to control the smoke. We were so enamored by the Solo Stove, that we just had to go out and get more wood. What could have easily been an early evening with a terrible old fire pit, turned into a great time with family around a fire that burned steady through out the night (was up until 3 am in the morning!). Keeping the fire going required little effort, just add another log of wood. The unit was so efficient, it turned every log of wood into nothing but ashes. I, as well as my guests, could not believe the experience we were having with the Solo Stove - our conversations kept coming back to how amazingly awesome the Solo Stove was. Thank you!

Incredible

The solo fire pit is simply incredible. I've now lit it up four times, and every time I am amazed by how nice the fire is and have a little smoke it produces. At our old house we had a very expensive gas fire pit, and I will never go back. The solo is just as easy to light, and the quality of the fire is much better. While there really isn't any smoke after the first 2 to 3 minutes, there is a nice wood fragrance to the fire. This is a wonderful product at a great price!

Great for camping!

We used our new Solo Stove Bonfire for the first time camping this past weekend. It was fantastic! Just like the videos portray, it works wonderfully. Easy to use and easy to store away. We look forward to many camping trips with our Bonfire!

Bonfire Stove

Got the new Bonfire Stove in June and have used it multiple times now. My wife thought I was stupid to buy it as we already had a fire pit out on the back end of our yard which we certainly enjoy. But I placed this one on some concrete pavers on top of our large patio. Now she loves it as it is closer to our back door, near all our deck chairs, it’s easy to start, and it keeps our maple wood burning (completely down to practically nothing) much better than our other fire pit. We are having a family gathering in Oregon soon and since the Bonfire Stove has this nice carrying case, we are going to take it along with us. Also had my in-laws over last week, it they really like it, which really says something (being my in-laws and all).
And after many uses, it still looks really great!

I have received the Bonfire Stove but have not fired it up

Since I live in Fort Worth Texas and it has been 98 - 99 degrees out this past couple of weeks I have not fired up the Bonfire. But it came undamaged and looks great. I know its not much of a review but I do have 2 - Solo Stove lite, 5 - Titans, 1 - Campfire size stove. I have used each size and love them and am very familiar with their burn properties so I expect no less from the Bonfire and I'm sure I will get it.
