Two Thumbs up for Solo Stove Bonfire!

Amazing Fire Pit! Prior to this we had a propane (for show) fire pit that gave off very little heat. After receiving our Solo Stove Bonfire, we have stopped using the propane unit. The Solo is easy to set up, start the fire, and clean up. It even comes with a carrying case so you can take it to the beach or other location. Can't recommend this enough as it is the easiest fire pit I've owned for starting and getting the fire going quickly. Oh, and it puts out great heat! I highly recommend it!

Never leave home without it!

Awesome! I bought early, second production run. I'm very happy with it! It's very well made. I'm a vintage camper enthusiast and camp regularly. I love sitting by the fire every evening. My allergies always bother me the next day. The Solo Stove Bonfire is a life changer for me. It's puts off very little smoke. If you put wood with lots of bark it will put out some smoke. It will go with me every trip!

We bought one of these through a kick starter campaign thinking it would be a great little fire pit. The quality is very good, the metal is plenty strong and handles fire wonderfully. It is a good size to take car camping or in an RV, and produces plenty of heat. It lights easy and burns hot. It also comes with a wonderful storage bag that also doubles for wood collection.

Great firepit. Burns well and produces very little smoke compared to a normal fire pit. It also produces a lot of heat and I was worried about that due to the solid sides but it wasnt an issue. I do wish that it had a spark screen but they are clear that it doesnt come with one. Also own their backpacking stove which is a similar design and it rocks as well.

Would buy again - everything the company says

The perfect fire pit. Everything that the company says about the bonfire is true. It creates a very hot fire that feels much bigger than the actual size, leaving much less ash than a standard fire pit and with much less smoke. We had an old standard fire pit that this replaced and are very happy that we paid what seemed like a premium at the time. If you don't mind dumping out the ashes and putting it into the carrying bag, it's a lot more portable than a standard fire pit. That said, it's a little awkward for one person to put it into the carrying bag alone. My one suggestion would be to offer purchasers a choice - a carrying bag for those who intend to travel with it or a cover for those who'll leave it outdoors.

Unbelievably easy to start, super hot and super efficient.

Just received my solos bonfire. My husband brought his tools to assemble the bonfire at our cabin, and low and behold it was completely assembled. It was unbelievable how fast it started. It was so easy, and adding logs was a no-brainer. After the fire burned out, all that was left was a tiny bit of ashes. There was no unburned wood. There were hardly any smoke or sparks. I could see the super heated air coming out of the top air holes to reignite the wood inside. It really is amazing.

Beautiful fire, and perfect burn

I've been using the backpacking stove for years. Incredible how consistent of a flame it produces from top to bottom. Beautiful fire, and perfect burn. Nothing but dusty ash at the end of the fire that I shake out over my lawn once the fire is burned out and the unit cools.
