Rediscovered joy of watching the stars come out!

Our little patio has become an Evening Oasis simply by adding the Bonfire! What a relaxing way to come together at the end of the day. We've rediscovered the joy of watching the stars come out! It is so easy to start the fire and then pull up chairs and hang out together as night falls. The Bonfire is the perfect sIze: big enough for a camp fire-pit experience, but not too big to stash away the next morning. I'm actually looking forward to that first early winter snow on the ground experience because we can have Bonfire on our patio.

Game Changer

I was in the market for some type of backyard fire piece. A chiminea from another company was about to be purchased when my good friend told me to check Solo Stove out. He recommended the Bonfire as he brings it everywhere he knows there will be a small gathering or moment to set the mood.
I checked out the website and videos and was impressed by the science, aesthetics, portability, and practicality of this item. So... I pulled the trigger and couldn’t tell you a negative thing about the Bonfire.
If the weather would ever hold up I would be burning daily. Easiest and most efficient way to have your wife, kids, family, and friends to enjoy a safe and reliable flame.
Get it! It’s a game changer.

Nice little fire pit!

This pit is great for our medium sized patio... there's definitely still smoke and if you sit close enough, you will smell like it the next day - but not nearly as bad as a regular fire pit. It gives off a medium amount of heat/light. Overall, we're happy with it, but wish it were truly smokeless.

Sleek, smokeless, and burns quickly

It really is pretty smokeless - no need to adjust your chair based on the wind. We have a lot of tree debris to burn on a regular basis - and this burns those very quickly. You do have to saw the sticks/logs shorter than in traditional firepits. And, it's not going to give you a lot of ambient warmth - unless you stand close to it. Great for s'mores though! One request is for there to be a top for it at the end of the evening to ensure no embers and also help put it out by reducing air - probably would get to hot though.

A great way to bring people together safely

2020 has been a year of reflecting on what's important. For us we decided community is our focus. Since we can't spend time with friends and family or travel we've been spending time outdoors, properly spaced with several neighbors. These are the people we've passed by and waved at for the last 15 years but really didn't know. Now, thanks to our Solo Stove we can get to know each other outdoors, with proper spacing but still stay warm on our cold evenings. Its been amazing to have that option; we are so happy with our purchase.

Easy light, low smoke, and nice warmth have us using the Solo on many a night. It’s great that it’s easy to move, leaves little mess, and doesn’t burn the ground.
