Wonderful camping accessory

The bonfire is a great addition to my camping equipment. It burns standard length logs and starts easily. By virtue of its design it is virtually wind proof. I use several waxed firestarters and a few small pieces of kindling. Once you get the fire hot enough to activate the secondary air, it is essentially smokeless. It radiates well fom the top. If you attempt to toast marshmallows over the coals you need to hold the stick pretty high. It is easy for multiple people to share the sweet spot, it is pretty huge.
You will really like the bonfire....buy one!

Superior Fire Pit!

What an excellent product. Makes the backyard fire a pleasure. No stinking of smoke at the end of the night. Fires light quickly and easily, and once the burn gets going (about 15 minutes) the smoke is minimal. Puts out an impressive amount of heat. The next morning there's a handful of ash left, and no odor of smoke! Amazing!

Awesome fire pit/bonfire

I purchased this product because we wanted a fire pit with minimal smoke. The engineering on the Solo Stove is awesome, with the fire starting right away and burning everything to ash--didn't even take that long to cool and clean up after a night of s'mores.

Bonfire is "On Fire"

Just received our stove a few days ago and were climbing all over the box trying to open our stove. Set up was easy peasy. I used 2 pieces of newspaper as kindling and the fire came right up. Burn efficiency and heat out put are excellent. We're looking forward to having Bonfire with us on camping trips in our little trailer

Solo Stove Bonfire - good but tweaks needed

This little stove is great-looking, and does burn exceptionally well, leaving little ash. However, there IS some ash, and it eventually needs to be emptied, but this unit is oxy to move, since it has no handles and is rather heavy for smaller users to pick up, move, and dump out. Also, when using in the evening, I'd like the option to use a cover to both smother the ashes/embers, ensuring no blowing around during the night, and to keep any potential rain out. The carry bag isn't really useful for that since it can't be used when the stove is hot. For version 2.0, consider adding stay-cool handles, and offering accessories such as a lid, and maybe even a small caster base for moving.

This bonfire is everything it claims to be. Beautiful, simple, highly functional design that works flawlessly. No smoke, massive heat output, and beautiful full bowl of flames. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys an outdoor fire. Burns clean and efficient with little ash residue. Light enough to move around without trouble. Cover/carry bag seems nice and water resistance. Truly one of the best products I have ever purchased. Definitely worth the money. The stainless steel is a nice added bonus which should keep it looking good for a long time.

Solo bonfire

This is by far the best and easiest thing to use. Puts off a lot of heat and burns all the wood. Very cozy to sit by and relax. Love that it is so portable so you can move it to different locations by yourself. Wish I bought one sooner.
