So Easy a Moron Can Use It ... Eventually

I'm a guy. Which means I open things, unpack them, and use them. Sure, there are "instructions", but who needs those? It's a fire pit, how hard can it be? Put some paper in; put some sticks in; put some logs in; and let it rip. No need to notice that the fire ring was flipped upside down and blocking the upper vent holes. So I lit the fire and sat back to enjoy my smokeless fire pit . . . and was overwhelmed with smoke. "They call this smokeless?!?!?" I yelled. "This is ridiculous!" Then my 11-year-old pointed to the box and said, "I think that thing on top is supposed to be the other way." And ever since then I've enjoyed pretty much every minute with my Solo Stove Bonfire.
A caveat - it's not smokeless at first; indeed there's a fair amount of smoke as the fire gets going. But once it does, it really does work as advertised. There is little to no smoke overwhelming us as we sit around the fire . . . certainly not enough to complaint about or even really notice. The build quality seems top-notch and very sturdy, although that makes it more difficult to lift up and flip when you're emptying out the ashes. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with by Solo Stove Bonfire. It's easy to use and works as advertised. And it's been a great way to make our back yard more usable and enjoyable during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Love it!

We love it! My husband and I debated the fire pit for years. Debated if it would be safe in our backyard, not too near the trees, not to near the house, not to near the garage, worried about flying embers, smoke, etc. Couldn't be happier. It's true there is really very little smoke! And the fire feels very safely inside the firepit. Did not kill the grass below where we had it all night. The kids are thrilled, roasts marshmallows perfectly and quickly too! So happy!

Bonfire rocks!

My children bought me a bonfire for Father’s Day. I love it! It’s amazing.
1. Starting a fire is so easy
2. Uses any sticks, twigs, leaves to get going
3. Runs for hours with a couple of logs
4. Throws some serious heat!
5. Low smoke and focused flame makes it nice to sit around
6. Looks great!

I have really been impressed with my Bonfire. The fire is not only beautiful to behold but also throws a lot of heat. My family has really enjoyed it and it has given us a reason for family time in the backyard on most evenings. Highly recommended.

We purchased the Solo Stove Bonfire recently and absolutely love it. From purchase to delivery to the first few burns the experience has been informational, professional and most importantly FUN! Only wish we had found this gem sooner to enjoy portable perfection in our backyard and camping. Keep up the good work folks!

Best fire pit ever made

By far the best fire pit ever used. Easy to light and get going with air vents that feed the fire, smokeless as advertised and awesome looking fire pattern. Should have bought sooner and look forward to getting the grill.
