We love camping. I am 62 years old and I've been camping in the woods since I was 3 or 4. My wife, loves me, so when our 3 daughters were old enough we hit the woods in a tent. Our favorite past time has always been the campfire. We love our camping fires, our backyard fire pit,....we love a campfire. And I've wanted a Solo Stove for many years. A friend got one about 3 yrs ago and he can't stop talking about it. So I finally got my Bonfire. We love it!! The flames are beautiful, the smoke is virtually non existent and there just isn't any ash to speak of. I can't recommend it enough. We use it with our RV and I can have my campfire where ever I want it. Not just in the predetermined fire ring. And zero footprint. I will have a Solo Lite before too long for hiking. Did I mention I have 10 grandchildren to introduce to the great outdoors?

Great quarantine family time

Purchased this due to the Corona virus and not being able to go anywhere. This is awesome to sit around with the wife and kids and enjoy as much normalcy as possible. The ring for the bottom lets me use it pretty much anywhere outside. Best purchase I've made for these troubling times.

Simple, yet perfect design

I have a history with thermodynamics and mechanical engineering. This design is exactly what you need to produce a hot and efficient flame. And the steel should last a long time. I recommend the cover for protection and the stand to elevate it off the ground. The cover is a snug fit, but I find it goes on easy. Plus, they have a lifetime guarantee. So why not get one? My wife, kids and dogs are happy. That’s all I care about.

Believe the hype

Full disclosure, I was a little skeptical when we ordered our bonfire, but I was sold after about 10 minutes. I set the kindling and logs inside the stove, lit 1 piece of starter paper and within 5 minutes had a blazing fire with no extra work and very little smoke. Best of all, we were able to put it on our wood deck without any problems. Highly recommend, and worthy of the hype.

Perfect for our front porch!

We just got it today and are using it right now. The stacker base is cool to the touch so works great on our front porch. It will be nice to take with us when we go camping in our trailer. Catches fire and burns so easily. It’s great!

Get your Wood ready!

I was hesitant to buy one for a while, but I am so happy I did. Ive only used it once so far and I am dying to use it again soon. I haven’t seen the benefit of no smoke yet but I did use a piece of cardboard to start the fire so that might’ve been why, I will keep on trying new ways to start it and see. One main concern before purchase was was it going to be warm enough for people sitting around it, and the answer is yes definitely!
