Bonfire excellence

I received my Bonfire on December 30th, just in time for a New Year’s Eve Fire. It was very easy to get a fire started in it and as described it gave off little to no smoke. The Bonfire also provided plenty of warmth and a beautiful flame pattern. No regrets on this purchase at all.

Had it for 6 months

We have been using this in Florida. It has been great! We don't leave it outside in the weather. Probably will get a cover. In the mean time, it is very light and easily stores in the garage. We use a shop vac to clean out the ash every so often and use a stainless steal cleaner to clean the outside. Please note that this isn't a large fire, but it is a good size fire for up to about 6 or 8 people.

While the Solo Bonfire is a little expensive - it is absolutely worth it! You get what you pay for! It lights up quickly, and burns clean. Great for neighborhoods where you dont want to smoke out your close neighbors. When I first saw the raving reviews I was skeptical. But I've been burning in it for about two months now and it really is a great piece of equipment - and everything and more than what the reviews have called out. Go Solo!

This Bonfire is terrific. It is portable and with the stand it can burn outside safely any where. No smoke following you around and plenty of heat to keep you warm.

Great fire pit

While I've always enjoyed a fire I have hated the smoke that comes with it. It was a price that I wasn't willing to pay. So, I was intrigued when I heard that there was little or no smoke with the Solo Stove. After reading reviews and watching multiple YouTube videos I bought one. I couldn't believe it. Great fire with little to no smoke. I'm hooked. This is such a great idea. Love this thing

Bonfire vs. Yukon

I wanted a fire pit to extend the use of our deck here in Minnesota which meant that it would have to put out a fair amount of heat. I did a lot of research through YouTube looking at both the Bonfire and the Yukon. Our old pit was one of the metal wheeled types and was around 30" in diameter so I was a little concerned about the smaller size of the Bonfire. After seeing a lot of reviews it seemed like these units burned the most efficiently when relatively full so they could really heat up and burn cleanly etc.... Because the Yukon is quite a bit larger my thoughts were that it would take more wood per fire to burn smokeless and hot.
I took a gamble that the Bonfire would require less wood than the Yukon and would heat up faster producing a clean burn while still producing enough heat to be comfortable when it was 30 degrees outside. I've had six fires in it so far while I don't have a Yukon to directly compare it too I can say that the Bonfire works very well. I'm sure that the Yukon would produce more heat but the Bonfire only takes a few logs to keep it burning very hot and keep us warm with flames extending well above the pit. Below your knees it doesn't throw a lot of heat so a good pair of boots is good to have on but it also means that the wood deck doesn't get hot at all with the stand that came with it.
I also ordered the poker and tongs and I'm glad I did. In order to keep it burning well a little arranging of the fire is helpful when adding wood and it's way to hot above it to spend any time trying to place a log in the fire.
I'm very happy with the Bonfire.

I absolutely love this Bonfire Solo Stove. Best Christmas present ever!
We used twice already when camping. It’s so easy to take along and set up where ever we want the fire to be.
And it’s beautiful to look at!
