Never use another fire pit again

Got my bonfire on Saturday 12/14/19 (which by the way kudos to you solo stove for incredibly fast packing and shipping!!!) took it to a Kansas City Chiefs game 12/15 and I was ready to invest in the Yukon. I can not say enough how happy I am with this purchase. It’s was snowing and 20 degrees and I was chilly but never cold. This product I say go for it buy it!!! I will never use another fire pit again! Smoke free except just the initial lighting I didn’t smell like a bonfire. To sum it up, I could go on, I am so happy with my purchase I will be buying the Yukon in the Future!!

The Bonfire pit was purchased instead of an overhead propane heater. We love the warmth our Bonfire provides on these cold Christmas nights! This pit burns as advertised...low to no smoke, burns completely and provides great heat.

DC Dweller Bonfire Obsessed

For those of you on the fence or still considering whether or not this stove is right for you I have to you to tell you, g9 for it! I live in the DC area in a townhouse, with small backyard and neighbors close by so I honestly didn’t feel like a big fire pit would ever be an option for me. I was worried about it being a realistic purchase considering the smell you get with some of the traditional fire pits you can buy at a Home improvement store that don’t quite burn as efficiently. I was also worried about safety with two dogs and just general concerns about for safety. Conversely a truly efficient burning stove made me think it may not spread heat as easily or just as the smoke flows straight up the heat would do the same. I sat next to it and felt the heat immediately, making all those around it warm. I was worried about not being able to cover it or throw water on it to put it out as there may be nights where I don’t want to wait for it to go out for several hours on its own. I would say that if you have 2-3 logs going it’s a sufficiently warm fire and goes out untouched in about an hour or so so I’m far less worried now about heading to sleep without the piece of mind that it’s fully out if I start a fire around dinner time. Again for a city dweller I can say that this is a truly safe and still high performing option for anyone looking to add a fire pit to their lives. I can’t tell you how many houses I’ve been to around here with cheap fire pits that burn the side of fences with smoke stains or stink up the entire block. Solo stove is perfect for the city and I’m sure any other use. I bought the bonfire and it’s the perfect size for my deck as well as portable for a trip. Enjoy!:)
