Way better than expected

It's perfectly sized, warm, fun, and impressive. Also you can pack it up when you don't use it so the yard isn't cluttered with some old rusty firepit.

Love my Bonfire!

My Family loves this thing. Each weekend we've been making s'mores in the backyard and gathering around the Bonfire. I love how it burns so hot that there's very little cleanup afterward and there is much less smoke and sparks than our previous backyard bonfire.
Perhaps my favorite feature is that it doesn't damage the ground beneath it. We have moved the Bonfire throughout our backyard and it's never damaged the tile we've set it on. Great product! Thanks Solo Stove!

Love, love, love my new Solo Bonfire! Once it gets to going, there is virtually no smoke! Very comfortable sitting around it in 40 deg weather.

Hot, beautiful, very little smoke, easy to clean. Best part is wind doesn't bother it like a normal pit. It is a bit harder to get started but not to hard and I wish mine were a bit bigger. Hard to find a good size wood if you buy instead of cutting your own. Would definitely buy another and recommend to anyone.

My brother talked this bonfire up non stop for a few weeks...I thought, "how cool can a fire pit be?". I finally went over to his house to chill around the fire and was absolutely blown away. How quickly the fire started up, how hot it got, the lack of smoke, all the things you've just read on this informational page. I promptly ordered one right away (on a Sunday, it showed up by Thursday) and then found myself speaking of the bonfire to all of my friends just like my brother did to me...and you know what? Each person I've talked it up to was also blown away when I showed it to them. This is hands down one of the most awesome items I've purchased, ever.

Fire as Entertainment

As others have said, "How cool can a fire pit be?" The answer, of course, is *very*. Love the low/no smoke. Love how the fire just looks "better". The swirling gases, and fire shooting out of the holes keeps kids and adults entertained for hours. Also awesome is the lack of fire "know-how" necessary to get a fire started in this thing. I've been experimenting on just how bad a fire I can build and still have it light. The record seems to be - take a bundle from the store - put it in the pit, standing upright. Slice the plastic along one side, throw a small fire starter in the middle and light. Wouldn't recommend it, as the wood was sticking up above the top, which defeats some of the design elements, but it worked. The entertainment possibilities are endless.
