It seems like the shelves are kind of cheap like compared to my whirlpool that I had sometimes the little piece in the front comes off. I had some trouble turning the ice on and off at first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly the oven heats up. The temperature probe is a fantastic way to cook to the perfection. Just plug it in and insert into what you're cooking and set the desired internal temp.
