Dangerous flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stove and all of it's cooking options. But I was torn as to how many stars to give it because of one glaring flaw. The knobs on the front are made to push in and turn but the knobs are so sensitive that if they are depressed even with the slightest touch the burner comes on. I have had this stove for three plus months and can honestly say that I have lost count of the number of times that this has happened. Every time I reach to the cabinets above the stove a burner comes on. When I stir anything on a back burner a burner comes on. Just brushing against the knobs can turn a burner on. Just recently while sitting in my living room I smelled something odd and went into the kitchen to find a dish towel burning, I had apparently dropped it close to the stove surface and the corner of the towel was on the burner and the burner was on. I guess I must have bumped a control knob as I walked away after cleaning the stove. This is such a dangerous design flaw and not just an occasional incident. I would like to know why this has not been addressed by Frigidaire either with a recall or some kind of designed piece to stop the knobs from turning until they are fully depressed. If this was done my review would be an enthusiastic 5 stars because I love this stove. But in my opinion, this is a very dangerous appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had it long enough to use all the bells and whistles but what I have used is outstanding. The different settings for the cook top is great, from boil to simmer to warm. Have used the oven and it also works great. One drawback, it is equipped with an air-fryer but have to buy the tray and rack separately. Same thing with broiler pan. Come on Frigidaire, for the price it should have been included.

The stove looks really nice and is well constructed. The stove top is real easy to clean. I haven’t quite figured out the confection oven yet but I will get there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of the features of my new range. The temperature probe is super convenient and the air fry mode works great. My only complaint is that I keep accidently turning on the burners and have had to buy child safety locks for it. If the controls for the burners were on the back or were more difficult to turn on, I would have given 5 stars.

Great oven, but it makes an annoying clicking sound at the slightest pressure on stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used many of the functionalities that this oven range offers and we really love it! We upgraded from a very old Frigidaire oven and the improvement is unmistakable.
Our only complaint is about a very annoying "click" sound that seems to come from the stove top at the slightest touch or pressure when the oven and/or a few burners are hot. Watch the video with audio to see what I am referring to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric stove is excellent but I think as a company you should include the air fryer tray and rack and not have the customer have to buy it separately. Doing this would go along way with your customers.
