[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the bad: I was a little nervous after reading the reviews that complained about how loud it is. Basically of you're baking under 450, it's nearly silent. Once you hit 500, that fan does whir at a high pitch. It caught me of guard the first time it happened, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The cooktop get much hotter than my old range, so it's a bit of a learning curve. My only real, lasting complaint is that the beep is absolutely unbearable; there's no volume adjustment, so it's either on or completely off--even the timer alarm is silenced.
However, the cooktop settings correspond to predictable results, and those results are very even and reliable heat. The oven can get a bit noisy, but it's not as loud as working in a restaurant kitchen by any stretch of the imagination. Plus the constant temperature of maintains, and the even baking you get means that silence you give up from your old oven is rewarded with amazingly even baking with great results. I'm really glad I went with this range!

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much disappoint here. Cooktop does not cook properly at all. The simmer boil eye only boils hard, even on low. The other eyes do not cook any better. The seam where the cooktop glass meets the metal has no seal, catches the polish leaving white lines you cannot get out of the groove, and is so rough at that seam it catches and tears the paper towel when buffing which leaves pieces to try and get out without watching the cooktop glass. At 50+ years I’ve had several new stoves and this is the worst appliance I have ever bought. The oven is the only thing that cooks right. The stainless does not clean either without leaving a lot of streaking.
