Glass flat top scratches easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to replace our older Frigidaire oven with this new model. After one use and being very careful we were surprised, a scratch appeared at one of the burners. We never slid the pan on the flat top during or after the cooking process, which I read could cause a scratch. The prior stove we had for years and never had any scratches. Were happy with the new stove but surprised how easily it received a scratch.

While the glass cooktop is designed to be durable, it is more sensitive than other materials, and even small particles or cooking utensils can sometimes cause scratches. We recommend using cookware with flat, smooth bottoms and being cautious of any debris on the cooktop to help maintain its appearance. Super Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The double burner on the left allowing for a griddle is an amazing option and the speed and accuracy it heats with all burners is fantastic. The best part the timer buzzer! It yells at you till acknowledge it. Previous stoves is was just a little beep so if the kids are playing or you're in the other room you wouldn't heat it. Its not the case here. As a busy parent its a very welcomed feature.
