New Glass Cooktop - so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the oven and burners work very well, but we've already put a couple of small scratches on the glass cooktop. First mistake was using older pans that had some marring on the bottom from years of use with a gas stovetop, so make sure your pans are super smooth on the bottom, and don't drag them across the cooktop at all. Also after we first used it we found the quick use instructions that advised to rub cooktop cream on the cooktop before using to help prevent scratches - so user error on our part, but thought we'd pass it along.
Other than that we're very pleased after the first 2-3 weeks of use.

Amazing service from one appliance

Can I engage the convection oven and serve up a batch of delectable chocolate chip cookies? Do the burners actually cool down when I just want to simmer? Do I feel like my kitchen is complete?
