Consistent cooking

After 20 years of cooking on my old cooker, I decided the inconsistencies had to end. I was nervous at first as it had programs I'd never even heard of. My first Sunday roast (lamb shoulder), using the steam roast function (I figured go big or go home), came out way better than expected: tender and beautifully cooked consistently all the way through. Winner. Here are a few of my pros and cons:
Pros: Heat is consistent; multiple cook options (including steam roast and slow cook), temperature prong, the racks are easily movable and slide with ease, timer is loud enough that I can hear it while gardening, and although I've not used it yet, I love the idea of the double burner for longer pans.
Cons: If you dont use the right size pan and it boils over and you don't clean it right away, is hard to clean up (buy some stove top cleaner, you'll thank me later), I cant seem to dim the clock so it's lit up like the sun at all hours, I can't seem to figure out how to keep the oven going once the timer ends (that might be user error though), which means resetting cook mode and temp, sometimes midway through the cook.

I struggled at first learnig hiw to use some functions of this cooker but good old Google and YouTube have been a blessing. I've not had any issues with accidentally switching on the cooktop like other users have mentioned. Aside from the effort needed to keep the cooktop clean, I'm really pleased with this cooker.

Cooks well, great features!

Bought this unit about a month ago. It cooks well, has good features. The only thing I have noticed is that the dials can get in the way since they are in the front of the stove and about waist height so I lean on them while cooking. The timer is also really loud and does not appear to have a way to lower the volume just shut it off completely which isn’t really an option when you need a timer.

I have purchased this unit in the last month. I love the knobs on the front and they are clear to see the markings in red on the knobs. So far, the unit is working great.

Bought this two weeks ago. Oven heats up much more quickly than my old one and the built in temperature probe works great. Haven't tried all of the features yet, but i like all the options.

Love our new oven

The stove heats up fast. The oven has so many new features that our old one did not. For example, the thermometer, steam function and air fry feature. The stove also has a bridge burner which will be great for making gravy after a roast or turkey. Love it so far
