Failed in less than 1 year

control panel failed in less than 1 year. Support takes along time to reach and it would be easier to buy a new stove than the hassle of trying to get this repaired under warranty.

Poor quality

Purchased range and roller on drawer fell off, burner didn’t work (which ended up being wrong knob on the burner) and the oven made a shrill noise. Merchant wouldn’t give a refund and Frigidaire wouldn’t help us.

Great look and great features

I owned a GE smooth top for 13 years and the computer died and no replacement parts. Therefore I researched for a month and read reviews on this brand . I received my Range May 10. I used the oven once , I used the large burner twice . See attached picture. I never had this on my other 13 yr old range ever . It’s looks like it is a bubble underneath . So my concern 🙁 will this be an issue . And of course it’s disappointing, I hope someone reaches out to me , . That’s why 3 stars . Please do not give me a hard time over this . I value everything I own . And I wiped it when it’s cold . I had zero issues with my other flat top range when it came to wiping it . I can’t recommend this range until I know what it going on with top

Do not buy!

I bought this stove a week ago and it has some serious flaws in its design. 1. The knobs are placed where young children can easily reach them and turn them on or adults can accidentally lean on them and turn them on. This is a serious fire hazard! Also, there is no light beside each knob to indicate that the element is on. 2. The stove automatically turns off when the timer is done. So, if I want to bake my food a little bit longer, I have to turn the stove on again. Very annoying. 3. The beep on this stove is so shrill and piercing to the ears and there is no way to adjust the tone or volume.

Terrible Stove

The oven in this model is terrible. It takes an incredibly long time to preheat to temperature. My temperature needed to be recalibrated by 25 degrees. The cooling fan makes a loud humming noise that can be heard from another room and runs for a long time after the oven has been shut off. Not worth the money.

Je l’ai reçu il y a une semaine , lors de l’entretien de la surface de cuisson le joint de rubber autour mal installé donc il y a un vide . C’est un problème.ça ramasse les résidus. Plus la porte du four

We have only had this stove 3 days but all I can say is wow! Love it! Consistent heat, quick oven preheat, baking is great, air fry works very well and water boils quick!
