Oven Temp/Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our oven temperature is 55 degrees off! I also find it difficult to keep the cooktop clean. I ordered the recommended products for daily and regular use cleaning. I have had a glass top before but it was not as difficult to clean.
