i love it! but after a week or two of using it there is a noticeable clicking/plastic sound that happens when you step near the area that folds and it makes it feel cheap or like its broken when its not and its really loud. If you walk closer to the front or the back of the pad you wont hear it but the middle part is so loud and annoying. its like a mechanical bang impact from your steps.

The product was exactly as pictured. It arrived well packaged and quickly. It was a simple installation and works great. I use it under a desk to get excersize throughout the day. I mainly use the manual mode. It folds nicely --- it is a bit heavier than I realized, but the quality is great !

So far so good! Easy to setup, use, and store away. Love that it's folding so it doesn't take up too much space. Only negative experience is that the remote stopped working a few days after I got it. Tried to re-pair it using their insutructions but no go. The app works well though!

I have the C2 walking pad. I cannot give 5 stars rating because I’m having a hard time connecting it to Bluetooth. I watched at you tube just to follow the instructions but still won’t work. I also wish that there’s at least handle on both sides of the walking pad so it will be easier to move it or put it away. With my back problem, it’s hard to bend all the way down to pick it up and move it somewhere, for me, it’s kinda heavy!
