I LOVE the convenience of having a small treadmill tucked away and ready to go whenever I need some movement. I read reviews about how long it took to calibrate the treadmill but honestly, the longest thing about setting mine up was downloading the app.
My only concern is that my tread is starting to fray and I have only had it for a few weeks. I always made sure the tread is in the middle but it started to fray on the right side after 2-3 uses. Recently I have been pulling the tread all the way over to the left but it still veers to the right almost instantly. I'm pulling off fabric every time I use the machine so I'm nervous about how much use I will be able to get from it before it breaks.

my walking pad regularly turns off while using it. This initially happened occassionally but I've now had my walking pad for a year and I can't use it at all because it turns off within seconds. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! It also beeps sporatically when not in use

The walking pad works but it has a few fatal flaws
1) the band always leans to one side - you can fold it and it is loose enough to adjust then but once it is running again it goes to the very edge of one side
2) the app is pretty much useless which is concerning in as far as once the remote gives up it will be near impossible to control
3) when you fold it if you do not turn it off before you do so sometimes it will turn on - and attempt to run while folded which seems illadvised for the sake of the machine
4) a minor nitpick but none of the metrics on the interface have units - are we counting speed in km or miles? Same for distance
It is a lovely color and it does work but there are likely better walking treadmills out there - good luck

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the belt issue, it is due to the belt being too loose. Please refer to this video for guidance on adjustment:https://www.instagram.com/stories/highlights/18034092986276004/ For the machine running while folded, we recommend turning off the machine before folding to avoid accidental startup. If not powered off, it could potentially cause damage, so please ensure the machine is turned off before folding. Lastly, thank you for your suggestion regarding the units. We have forwarded this feedback to our software team, and an update is in progress. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact customer service.

This walking pad is great! I wanted something that would allow me to get steps in during the workday and cold winter days. It’s so portable and compact, it’s very easy to use it in different rooms in my house. The compact size also makes it small enough to fit on the floor of our coat closet. The app and use of Bluetooth is also nice so that you can control everything through your phone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a way to get those extra steps in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a Functional Health Coach and work from home. I walk my dog 2-3 times per day but realized I was sitting quite a bit for client work, client calls, etc. I struggle with chronic body pain that flares when I sit for too long or have extended periods of inactivity. Since using the walking pad, I'm getting more movement (so hitting over 10K steps per day), have less body pain, am more regular and even lost some weight. I recommend it to all my clients and online community.

Obsessed! Easy set up, easy to use and absolutely addictive. I’ve had a standing desk for 5+ years, but the treadmill uplevels everything - am easily adding 10k+ steps to my day without missing a minute of work, as time flies when you’re busy and the next thing you know, you’ve walked 4 miles! It takes a little getting used to re typing and point/clicking with accuracy - I anchor my wrists on my desk to help lessen any “bouncing” - and find I’m most comfortable at 2 mph as it’s a perfect “rhythm”. It also folds relatively easily and stores under my standing desk when not in use.
The only downside is my garmin doesn’t count my steps (the device only counts steps when you’re swinging your arms), but I see my step count on the treadmill’s digital screen, and my garmin/whoop do capture and record the increase in heart rate, calorie burn and low aerobic activity. If you’re thinking of getting one, just do it. I love love love it!

I love having a walking treadmill in my office, this one does the job and it's easy to move around when I want to. I was surprised how easy it was to set up. I've used the app and the remote to operate the treadmill and both have worked fine for me.
A couple reasons I give this 4 and not 5 stars: I only use the manual setting, the automatic one I end up going way too fast, that may just be a personal issue though. It is a little louder than I'd prefer but it IS a treadmill, it's not going to be whisper-quiet. If I don't unplug the machine after I'm done using it, it'll randomly start beeping every few minutes in a standby mode and I cannot figure out how to turn that off.

It says, it's silent - it's not.
It may be silent by itself, but when being used it's not much quieter than a vacuum cleaner listened from the other room. You can hear the motor struggling whenever you take another step. (I weight 73kg)
It's hard to focus on your work when listening to constant belt friction and motor struggling.
Foldability is nice but when you can't store it verticaly it doesn't save that much space.
The beeping could be much quieter or at least option to turn it off would be nice.
Automatic mode is weird it instantly goes to running speed and when you step behind the half of the belt it stops...
I would rate it more positively, if I didn't buy it hoping, it would be more quiet.

Thank you for your sincere review. It is normal to have 60 decibels of sound because sometimes you walk on the ground and there is sound, let alone a conveyor belt. But if the sound is something you can't stand, I suggest you contact our after-sales colleagues to determine if it is normal. You also have the option to return the machine and get a refund within 30 days. Thanks again for your support.
