Major design flaw IMO. This is supposed to be ideal as an under desk treadmill, but the power switch is on the front end of the unit which would be under the desk. I have to crawl on my knees under the desk each time to turn it on.

Purchased and it runs alright, a little loud, but compact for my apartment. My rating is because the remote broke a month after purchasing.
I love this walking pad when it is actually working. Pros: - Folding - Clean nice design - Perfect size and fits under desk nicely with good features such as app and remote - Price is fair for the quality
Cons: 1. No shock absorption 2. Belt shifts 3. The biggest complaint I have, which is the only reason I couldn't give this a 4-5 star review, is that it often has trouble getting started. I hit start, and the belt starts and then 3 steps in it stops. I repeat this cycle a few times, sometimes I reboot it, etc. etc. I troubleshoot for about 5 minutes and then it will run perfectly fine for the next hour until I step off and I end up back at square one. It doesn't do it every time, and I can not find any information on how to troubleshoot this issue.
poor setup instructions. remote was annoying. not the best.

I love the WalkingPad but similar to another recent review, the tread (?) or actual mat keeps veering to the left side no matter what I do. I’ve oiled it and taken care of it since I got it back in January but the mat is fraying to a point where I don’t want to use it because I’m afraid it might just get worse? But it was getting me to walk 10k easily which is great
This is the treadmill on the market that meets the check-in luggage size requirement of airline (length+width+height<62 incs). The passengers can carry them anywhere they travel. The machines works fine for my weight (~200 lb) so far.
