The automatic mode does not work properly. It goes very fast then it just slows down and stops. As for the Manual mode, you can only increase or decrease the speed by 0.5 km/h, so its either 0.5 or 1 or 1.5 or 2. No in between....

I love the WalkingPad but similar to another recent review, the tread (?) or actual mat keeps veering to the left side no matter what I do. I’ve oiled it and taken care of it since I got it back in January but the mat is fraying to a point where I don’t want to use it because I’m afraid it might just get worse? But it was getting me to walk 10k easily which is great
The walking pad is decent but buggy. Sometimes it stops in the middle of my walking. This has happened repeatedly. Additionally, it hasn't counted all my steps twice now. At 2.0 or 2.5 mph for nearly 2 hours I guarantee I walked for than 400 steps. I may return it. For the price it shouldn't have so many problems. I use it daily and am currently in a steps challenge for work which has made it convenient.
Wasn't as seamless to set up as expected. The remote was finicky and the battery wouldn't connect well. I finally go tit work. I made sure the belt was in place, and after 30 minutes of light walking it moved and shredded the material on it. After working with it, the belt doesn't stay in place well. Not sure what I will do.
This is the treadmill on the market that meets the check-in luggage size requirement of airline (length+width+height<62 incs). The passengers can carry them anywhere they travel. The machines works fine for my weight (~200 lb) so far.
I cannot get the device to be "found" via Blue tooth from the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app; turned the Walking Pad off then on, and cannot get your app to 'FIND' the machine. Can you help? I like the machine, but the technology for tracking is not functional

Considering that maybe you are a novice user of the treadmill, would you please double-check the steps below and try to pair again, OK? 1. Before pairing, please download the latest version KS FIT app from the app store and finish the registration. 2. Turn the Bluetooth on (of your mobile phone). As for Android phones, sometimes you have to turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again. 3. Plug the power cord and switch the treadmill on, log in to our app KS FIT. Choose the correct machine Model in the app and pair. Then you can use the app to control the treadmill. Note: If the machine is under A mode after paired, you need to stand in the head part(speed-up zone) of the belt, walk to start. While under M mode, the belt starts running automatically. 4. Please do not pair the Bluetooth (of your mobile phone) with the treadmill model (in the Bluetooth list) directly. If paired, please remove the Bluetooth name(our machine) from the Bluetooth list and try again. 5. Move your phone close to the treadmill when pairing, sometimes the weak signal will cause a failure in pairing.
If the problem persists, please get back to me, we will try our best to help. Looking forward to your good news.
