I love my walking pad C2 Mini Fordable Treadmill. I can exercise at home I’m a kind person don’t like to be around a lot of people at the gym so this perfect for me, I can exercise every day at home. And I got my favorite color I love so much it’s easy to use. I will shop again and share to my friends

Buy with Caution!

I would not recommend this product. My remote broke after 2 weeks. It took a month and a half to get a new remote and it doesn't work either so I'm thinking it must be the unit itself. I may just have a lemon, but buy with caution!

Under normal use, it shouldn’t switch between manual and auto modes unless the mode button is pressed. Please contact our customer support team so we can help check the specific cause and resolve this for you.

Warranty who will repair?information?

I have only used one month and it stopped working. Called for support and haven’t been able to get them to help me. They told me to remove cover??? Where is repair shop?

The belt won’t stay centered. Because of that it has become damaged. I also installed the app and started using the treadmill in hopes that adjusting the speed would help without success. If I cannot use the treadmill I would like to return it.

The walking pad itself is wonderful. It's easy to fold up and out away and is the perfect size. The app to get started in manual mode is just about the worst thing ever if you're from the US. Took forever to finally get in and after reading the reviews on the app it seems that it is common. When I'm on automatic mode without the app it starts and stops on its on so it's incredibly frustrating.
