Other than my dog thinking it's a diabolical machine that somehow makes me move in one place, it's amazing. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks. Works as intended so far, I really like it. Definitely helped me out of some morning and afternoon slumps.
i like it a lot i like how it folds up and can put it put of the way when i don't need it and i can put it anywhere when i do need it

Good walking pad, abysmal app

The treadmill is pretty good. The app is the worst app I've ever used in my life, however. It will connect at first and one day it will break and there's no reconnecting. It may as well not have an app. The folding is nice, the thing is still an ugly treadmill, no way to slice it. I feel like I was promised more than I got.

Defective Pad

I bought it for Christmas and finally got to open the box and was excited to use it. It won't turn on....I changed outlets and it still nothing, literally just opened it today and it does not wkr.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The hardware is great and I love it and use it daily. The software is terrible and doesn't record my workouts well in Apple Fitness, which is such a big problem that I have thought about returning or selling the it and buying something else, even though I like the hardware so much. Also, please stop collecting so much data about me in the app, you don't need to know where I live in order to record my workouts and it seems like you are collecting my data for some bad purpose.
What I would like to see from the app: record my steps taken and distance walked in Apple Fitness after i finish a session, stop asking for my location. Stop crashing so often.
The belt won’t stay centered. Because of that it has become damaged. I also installed the app and started using the treadmill in hopes that adjusting the speed would help without success. If I cannot use the treadmill I would like to return it.

I have had it less than a month and already the belt is showing issues that it keeps sliding to one side to the point the belt’s thread is coming off on the bottom. I haven’t done anything wrong.

I liked the walking pad initially, used it every Monday-Friday. This afternoon the remote stopped working even after changing the battery. Wish I could get a refund.
