I got the walking pad as my birthday present to move more. I am so happy I have it. I have been meeting my daily steps goal since I got it. It is quite, easy to use, and easy to fold. I have recommended it to various friends who have seen it already. It is a must if you work from home or at office all day.

Love the Walking Pad so far! Set it up a week ago so can’t speak to its longevity. SETTING UP and BELT: Easy to set up and adjust the belt. It’s 98% ready to use out of the box. Instructions were easy to follow. I saw reviews saying they couldn’t get the belt to align and stay center. The belt’s so easy to adjust I have to suspect user error in some of these cases. It’s literally so easy to align the belt that I really wouldn’t care even if it did need to be realigned center after each use or fold. Which has NOT been my experience - haven’t had to adjust belt alignment since the initial treadmill set-up and calibration process post unboxing. Which was a very easy process and got the belt centered quickly.
LOOKS: Reasonably slimline, attractive design - not quite minimalist but sleek enough and best of all, it folds! Nearly in half! And rolls! PLACEMENT: I have it set directly on my hardwood floor and now that I’ve tried it don’t intend to buy a mat for it - no need. It’s quiet enough and not in any way damaging my floors (so far anyway but I can’t see how it might even over time).
NOISE: Not sure it’s reasonable to expect a motorized treadmill to run as silently as some reviewers were expecting - relative to regular treadmills the Walking Pad’s way quieter. Not silent, but walking at 3.5mph I can clearly hear dialogue from my laptop without raising the volume past the level I usually keep it (midway up on a Mac Air). I find the Walking Pad quiet enough to use anytime of the day or night, even with my fiancée’s asleep in the room adjacent; but not quiet enough that I’m comfortable making work calls while using it. But I’ve talked to friends and family while walking with no issue being heard clearly and vice versa.
2 ISSUES: (1) I set both the treadmill and the app to the same units of measure (Imperial) but when I adjust speed on the app the treadmills display doesn’t accurately reflect that speed (and vice versa) - speed readout on the app and display aren’t syncing up… the treadmill display doesn’t leap to the new speed I set in the app, it only increases by the number of “clicks” it took to set that speed in the app. So if I start at 1.0 on the treadmill using it’s remote, but then use the app to increase speed the treadmills display reflects the increase/decrease in speed but not accurately. If I set 3.5 in the app the display may still read 2 or 2.5 I guess depending how where each were set starting out. BUT the treadmill does always change to the correct speed I set whether using the app or remote, even when it’s display isn’t showing the accurate number. I.e., it still works right so the glitch doesn’t really impact function. TBH I haven’t tried to troubleshoot this at all yet and suspect there’s an easy fix - but if there’s not, it doesn’t really matter since it doesn’t effect using the machine. (2) I much prefer Manual over the Automatic mode. I’m very uncoordinated (like ridiculously) so take this with a grain of salt since it could be the problem is actually me and I just need to get accustomed to how Automatic mode works. But in case it’s not me, then what I would like more controlled, gradual increases/decreases in speed from stepping forward and backward along the belt. For me stepping forward pretty much l makes the belt accelerate to max and stepping backwards to the rear decelerates till it stops. It’d be better if I could accelerate just a little and stay at non-max speed, and likewise for deceleration.
OVERALL: The Walking Pad’s pretty great so far! Avoiding cluttering the house further with a large stationary object was top priority, so the Walking Pad’s ability to fold, roll and tuck away made it my best choice at this price tier. I like the white casing too, it’s a pretty pearl white. There was only 1 similarly priced contender I weighed buying instead due to its great reviews, incline, and jogging speeds, but the brand was less known, it didn’t fold, belt was maybe too small and the casing was really very ugly. I’m glad I chose the Walking Pad, I doubt I would’ve been happy with anything else.

Thank you very much, this is the most sincere and genuine review we have received. We will pay attention to some of the shortcomings you mentioned. I cannot get the device to be "found" via Blue tooth from the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app; turned the Walking Pad off then on, and cannot get your app to 'FIND' the machine. Can you help?
I like the machine, but the technology for tracking is not functional

Considering that maybe you are a novice user of the treadmill, would you please double-check the steps below and try to pair again, OK?
1. Before pairing, please download the latest version KS FIT app from the app store and finish the registration.
2. Turn the Bluetooth on (of your mobile phone). As for Android phones, sometimes you have to turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again.
3. Plug the power cord and switch the treadmill on, log in to our app KS FIT. Choose the correct machine Model in the app and pair. Then you can use the app to control the treadmill.
Note: If the machine is under A mode after paired, you need to stand in the head part(speed-up zone) of the belt, walk to start. While under M mode, the belt starts running automatically.
4. Please do not pair the Bluetooth (of your mobile phone) with the treadmill model (in the Bluetooth list) directly. If paired, please remove the Bluetooth name(our machine) from the Bluetooth list and try again.
5. Move your phone close to the treadmill when pairing, sometimes the weak signal will cause a failure in pairing.

If the problem persists, please get back to me, we will try our best to help.
Looking forward to your good news.

I am LOVING my walk pad. I use it under my desk while I work and have been getting about 8 miles per workday—feels so much better than sitting (and it’s much easier to type than my initial concerns led me to believe)

I work at home so it’s very difficult to hit my 10k steps a day. Since I’ve received my walking pad it’s been easier to meet my goal because it’s so easy to unfold. I keep it under my stand up desk so it’s the perfect set up.

The belt won’t stay centered. Because of that it has become damaged. I also installed the app and started using the treadmill in hopes that adjusting the speed would help without success. If I cannot use the treadmill I would like to return it.

This is the greatest addition to my WFH set up! I have used it everyday and can say it has been one of the best purchases I have made for my overall health and wellbeing. Highly recommend for those who would like to be more active and have limited schedules.
