The mat started coming apart today and we've had this for only 6 months, used it maybe every other week for a half hour at low speeds. I wish we would've invested in something with an actual warranty.

Dear customer, don't worry, this is a minor problem. Please look out for an email from the after-sales service team. It may also appear in the trash.

I have experienced several issues. 1. Lost my balance and accidentally stepped on frame. Frame cracked off - poor design. 2. I purchased pad to go under as my stand up desk is on carpet. After a few months I started having a loud/popping noise when I walk on it. Reached out to support and was told it was because I have pad on carpet and the machine is flexing, so I should move to hard surface. 3. The remote WILL NOT work! I have tried everything and the only way to use is with my phone app. This is a huge problem because the preset speeds are either too slow or too fast. The only way to adjust speeds in between is with the remote. I have contacted support for help, they told me someone would email me.

I bought this a year ago, and had immediate issues. It doesn't stay level on the floor (and I have tried many different types and placed things under the walking pad) but it still wobbles with every step I take. Walking Pad replaced it with the same type of pad, but after a few weeks it went back to the same exact issue.
I have never been able to hook up the remote with eithre of the walking pads I received. I am goig on about 16 months of having it and it is extremely loud and I don't know how to fix it.
I want to love it so bad, but I have truly only had troubling experiences with this one and will be looking to purchase elsewhere in the near future unfortunately.
The walking pad itself is wonderful. It's easy to fold up and out away and is the perfect size. The app to get started in manual mode is just about the worst thing ever if you're from the US. Took forever to finally get in and after reading the reviews on the app it seems that it is common. When I'm on automatic mode without the app it starts and stops on its on so it's incredibly frustrating.

The walking pad works fine, and is easy to fold up. the plug somehow got pushed inside the body of the treadmill, but I was able to reconnect it at least once. The remote never worked for me, so I can only operate it with the app and the app is awful (read the app store reviews). Right now, the sync to apple health not working, but the "help" form in the app is also not working. The product is overall functional but not the highest quality and support is minimal to non-existent.
It is very narrow, which means that I am constantly stepping on part of the tread and the side and nearly falling. The app is not recommended by Google Play, meaning it probably has viruses, which meant I couldn't walk faster than 1.9 mph until I hit .6 miles. I think this machine is probably overpriced and you can get one that is about the same from another company for way less money.
I spend a lot of hours on meetings and long working days. I was feeling bad about just sitting for 4-5 hours straight and not having more time to exercise. Now I use the walkingpad for some of the meetings throughout the day. Averaging 3 miles p/day and hoping to up the number. It helps me even have a better mood and handle stress better.
I've been using it daily for a week and I LOVE it. It slides under my very narrow, old desk, which was hard to accommodate.
DO PAY ATTENTION when you start it up: you have to calibrate the belt so it doesn't pull left or right (easily adjusts with included allen wrench). If you fail to do this, you will ruin your treadmill belt.
