I'm happy with my purchase overall. The deciding factor was that this can fold--I didn't see any other brands that could do it. I'm at my desk a lot of the day, so it's not realistic to be standing/walking the whole day. I'm able to fold it and put it parallel to the wall under my desk such that I can still get close enough to the desk with my office chair when I want to sit. I will note that I purchased the mat to go underneath and with the mat it's not as easy to move the walking pad, and it is quite heavy. But I'm a small woman and able to do it; it just takes some effort. I'm glad I got the mat so I don't have to worry about damaging my floors. I think the pad is pretty quiet and since I use a headset I am able to use it during meetings. I haven't downloaded the app--it's been easy enough to just use the included remote. And I only had to adjust the belt once, when I first got it. I love the blue color too!

I love my walking pad! I am a psychologist and see pts from my standing desk walking on my walking pad. It is quiet enough not to bother them during the visit and has been a game changer in my health!

I like the Walking Pad overall. I wish it had a handle to move it more easily and it is pretty heavy when you want to move it around. It has wheels which help. It works great so far and I’m getting extra steps in. It’s harder to do work though than I thought. I have to keep the speed at 1.0mph or less to work on my computer and even then I can only do basic things. If it’s a task that requires a lot of thought and speed I have to stop the pad so I can concentrate and finish faster. It’s great for talking on the phone but you could always just walk outside or around your home. Like I said, overall it does what it says and is helping with extra steps.

my walking pad regularly turns off while using it. This initially happened occassionally but I've now had my walking pad for a year and I can't use it at all because it turns off within seconds. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! It also beeps sporatically when not in use

I bought this a year ago, and had immediate issues. It doesn't stay level on the floor (and I have tried many different types and placed things under the walking pad) but it still wobbles with every step I take. Walking Pad replaced it with the same type of pad, but after a few weeks it went back to the same exact issue.
I have never been able to hook up the remote with eithre of the walking pads I received. I am goig on about 16 months of having it and it is extremely loud and I don't know how to fix it.
I want to love it so bad, but I have truly only had troubling experiences with this one and will be looking to purchase elsewhere in the near future unfortunately.
