Terrible product and costumer service. Do not buy!

I bought ours a month ago and had it installed by an appliance guy. It stopped working after a month and I tried to call , web chat and email to have it fixed or replaced through Frigidaire but no one would help me or give me information. Finally I called a plumber after getting No help from Frigidaire and had in replaced with a different brand. I’m out of pocket 200.00 and We not be buying anymore of your products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't normally do reviews, but this product is so bad that I felt like it needed to be done! I bought my first Frigidaire disposal and it lasted a little under a two years, luckily it was under a 2 year warranty so we were covered, but still had to pay a plumber. With this 2nd disposal it lasted exactly 2 years. I am a few weeks out of my 2 year warranty now, so it won't be covered. Don't buy this disposal unless you only need it for 2 years, even if it falls into the warranty you still have to deal with the hassle of replacing it yourself or paying a plumber. Very dissatisfied

I purchased this on July 2017; Replaced it today (after months of it not working). About a year in life span. This was an expensive (paid twice for installation) and annoying mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than the Insinkerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 1/2 HP garbage disposal from Frigidaire to replace my 1/3 HP Insinkerator, which had malfunctioned and caused leaking under my kitchen sink. The Frigidaire is not only an attractive blue that looks stylish under my new cabinet, but it really works! It grinds and breaks down food scraps effortlessly! It also performs with less noise than my previous disposal. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.
