wrong performance

only a few months of using and with Little use , stopped working and I had change it

Worked for a couple of months - then not

I've tried three times now with phone and chat customer service. It's basically a new disposal that just stopped working. Now the situation is worse than no disposal at all. Customer help/service is absolutely horrible! Long waits, no help.
It still does not work. Yes, I've gone through all the steps in troubleshooting on page 8 of the manual.

It disposes my garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation as it used same collar as my old disposal. Average level of noise. No crank to loosen a clog...you have to stick a broom handle in it!
