For years I have been looking for an electric that shaves almost as close as a conventional razor but not so close that I get razor bumps and burn. Well this seems to be the perfect balance. Close shave but not too close, quick and easy shave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this with some scepticism, watched you tubes and eventually unpacked it this morning, charged it and was so impressed that I wrote this review. I am concerned about ongoing costs of blades.
Pros: easy to use, extremely comfortable on skin, no rash whatsoever, handy for travelling, shave smoothness more than acceptable, having 4 trimmers is great and they worked very we, li-ion battery

Not good for shaving.

I shave twice a week and thought this would be a good choice after seeing the review in one of the deals site. it is really bad in terms of clean shave. I have to use my old razor blade to remove all leftovers. Not happy...

Good Safe Trimmer That Could Cut Closer

I'm glad to have bought this trimmer as it is safe for sensitive skin and does a reliable job of cutting the hair above the surface. I find that the blades last longer than they recommend to replace and the performance has been very consistent with each use. My main concern/request is that Philips make an alternative blade that cuts at half the size of the lowest setting size (trimmer). This would essentially be a "zero" cut without worrying about irritating the skin. Any remaining hair would be minuscule and it would essentially make disposable razors obsolete. It would also be perfect for either bald-headed gentlemen or those preferring a cleanshaven look. This should be very doable with the right precision equipment to make the blades.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing Critical Feature

They would have a men’s shaver winner if they sold a single, adjustable length stubble trimmer separately. If you buy the “higher” model that has it, you still can’t replace it if lost/broken.
Pros: nice blade/cut
Cons: multiple stubble length clip-ons instead of one, no multi-length/adjustable stubble attachment

Bought the oneblade QP2520 last week. Tried it several times. Dry, wet, and with foam. It does not even ddeny my facial hair. Not much good as a trimmer either, won't cut mustache hair. Total waste of money!

A bit defective.

the machine works but the clip falls out. You cannot press against your face too hard beacause the blade uncljps. The locking mechanism is defected.
