I received this product as a gift used it every day since then the battery lasted almost 3 months until I had to charge it I did not have a charger it did not come with one I contacted Phillips on how to purchase one they sent me one for free now granted the one they sent me first time didn't work but they quickly replace it with one that did. I truly experienced great customer service from Phillips and it will always look to the brand first if it is something I'm going to purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shaves and trims great, not as smooth as a razor, but works great with no razor burn or break outs ! Works good with or without shaving cream ! Charge last around a week using every day, haven't ran out of charge yet, charging weekly!

I love it the only thing is is with the blade it sticks to your skin pretty hard so you have to shave lightly and the blades also break very easily but all in all it’s a good razor if your gental

I've been very impressed with the abilities of this little shaver. It cuts very well with the included guards and even though they say it does not shave as close as a razor it does a wonderful job of getting very close.
For all of the wonderful things I could say about this shaver I will focus on the three improvement areas that I see.
First and most importantly the blades only go in the shaver in one direction even though it is a two sided blade. Once you get used to using the shaver you tend to shave in the same direction, either based on comfort or the direction your hair grows. Because of that, one side of the blade is going to get dull faster than the other. I don't see any benefit of having the blade only fit into the shaver one way. If you could rotate it, the blade would last twice as long and you would not be wasting money replacing blades so quickly.
Of second importance is that the guards are numbered using only the imprint in the plastic itself with nothing distinguishing the different guards. That makes it very difficult to tell what your guards are selecting. It would be nice if the guards were either different colors all together or the numbers on the guards were distinguished somehow.
Lastly the power button tends to be directly underneath your thumb if you shave like you do with a normal blade. Typically I shave with my thumb underneath the razor for leverage. That's exactly where the power button is. The sides of the shaver have rubber grip so I presume that I should learn to change my hand position for this particular shaver, but it would probably be more universal if the power button were moved down a couple of inches.
Cons: one directional blade, indistinguishable blade guards, power button location
