The product has great features but it doesn't shave as close as I would like. Plus its hard to get close around my chin area and gives the appearance that I missed that area..

I love the idea of using on device for the majority off my facial hair grooming needs. While I have had success with trimming and shaping I still need practice for regular shaving. But I will continue to try and get used to it. Try it-it's really good.
Pros: one device for all needs

It's definitely better than those battery powered cartridge razors. The electric shaver will get a bit closer. However for that quick weekend shave or stubble look (or, got out of bed after 3pm and don't won't to look like it), this is the best. It's quickly cuts any hair that gets in its way without any razor burn or blood letting. Don't get me wrong, It'll cut close enough to look clean-cut in the mirror just not to the touch.
Pros: a safe quick shave
Cons: not as close as a blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy using this product! I've never experienced an easier and flawless shave. The shaver doesn't ever grab the skin and even comes with guards for different lengths.
